Erla Garden Joinery Named Postsaver’s Approved Installer of the Year 2026

Somerset-based landscaping, carpentry and joinery business recognised for outstanding workmanship and commitment to long-lasting timber projects

Rot protection specialists Postsaver are delighted to announce Erla Garden Joinery Ltd as its Approved Installer of the Year for 2026.

Based in Wells, Somerset, the family-run business specialises in garden and landscape carpentry and joinery, creating everything from fencing and decking to summer houses, verandas and bespoke outdoor structures. Erla Garden Joinery joined the Postsaver Approved Installer Programme two years ago and has since become a regular user of Postsaver’s rot protection products.

Founded in 2024 by owner and operator Aiden Matterface, Erla Garden Joinery grew from a lifelong passion for the outdoors and woodworking. Aiden first discovered his love of working with timber in his grandfather’s shed and has since turned that early hobby into a thriving business.

The award-winning project was a substantial raised timber deck, featuring bespoke balustrades and two sets of stairs. Completed for a customer in Street, Somerset, the project combined practical design with high-quality craftsmanship, with Postsaver rot protectors used to provide guaranteed protection against timber rot at the ground line.
