Postsaver rot protection locks preservatives in and moisture, oxygen and fungi out, eliminating costly ground-line rot. Deeper in the ground there is not enough oxygen for fungi to survive and the post does not need to be protected.

Dual-Layer Rot Shield Technology

Postsaver rot protectors feature a dual-layer barrier protection system, that when heated, shrinks onto the post creating a long lasting, high-performance, air and water-tight seal.

Locks Out Everything Needed For Decay

This seal is the critical element which locks out all the factors required for decay to occur including moisture, fungi and oxygen at the critical ground-line (up to 6 inches or 150mm below ground) of the post.

Rot Can't Occur

When all the factors required for rot and decay are locked out of the post, conventional rot cannot occur. This allows us to guarantee wooden fence posts for 20 years*

How Easy Is It To Apply Rot Protection?

It’s Easy. All you need is a 2KW+ Hot Air Gun or gas blowtorch, and a foam roller if you’re applying to square posts.
Stapler + Knife also required for Wrap & Tack.

1. Measure Hole Depth

2. Locate rot protector on the post & heat shrink on with gas blowtorch or hot air gun

3. Install the post in all the normal ways including power drive & backfill
