Built with ease-of-use in mind the Pro-Shrink is equipped with either standard three pin or 3-phase plug depending on machine size and specification.

2 – Stores away to the size of a single pallet

Pro-Shrink is a compact, lightweight machine which can be quickly assembled and disassembled according to requirements. The whole unit fits on a pallet for convenient storage and rack mounting of the machine when not in use.

3 – Single operator design

1 – Conveyor System

Round and square posts are secured and rotate consistently as they move along the conveyor, reaching the heat and press station for 
precise application.

2 – Shrink Oven

Equipped with 
efficient infrared lamps, the shrink oven seamlessly adheres the Postsaver rot protector to the wood, providing uniform coverage and protection.

3 – Compression Station

A pneumatic press ensures 
optimal adhesion by pressing the rot protector firmly onto square posts at the exact moment when the conveyor and heat system align.

4 – User-Friendly Control Panel

Centralised and ergonomically designed, the control panel allows for 
easy operation of the machine, conveyor, heating lamps, and press station, streamlining the entire process.

How Easy Is It To Apply Protection?

All you need is a 2KW+ Hot Air Gun or gas blowtorch, and a foam roller if you’re applying to square posts (stapler + knife required for Wrap & Tack). Postsaver rot protected posts are suitable for installation with fence post concrete.
