Inner Sealant

When heated, the inner layer activates a complex blend of thermoplastic sealants that bond directly to the timber. This creates a permanent air and water-tight seal. 
No gaps. No moisture. No rot. 

Outer Barrier

The tough outer barrier heat-shrinks tightly around the post, forming a durable shield. Even if the timber naturally cracks or moves over time, the outer barrier continues to protect, stopping decay before it starts.

Quick and easy to apply
Application takes just a couple of minutes and is as simple as Wrap; Heat; Roll. All you need is a 2KW+ hot air gun or gas blowtorch, and a foam roller to ensure a strong seal to your posts.

WRAP
Position the wrap so the dotted line sits at the required ground line, then peel and stick the adhesive strip.
HEAT
Hold the torch so the tip of the flame is just touching the wrap. Move it back and forth to ensure an even shrink.
ROLL
Whilst the wrap is still warm, roll each surface to ensure an optimal seal to the post. The visible black liner at each end indicates a good application.

How Easy Is It To Apply Protection?

All you need is a 2KW+ Hot Air Gun or gas blowtorch, and a foam roller if you’re applying to square posts (stapler + knife required for Wrap & Tack). Postsaver rot protected posts are suitable for installation with fence post concrete.
